Refund policy

Our team works diligently to deliver products of exceptional design and quality on time. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you may request a return with 48 hours after delivery.

For all returns, the product must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact. 

  • If a replacement is requested, we will dispatch the new product within 7 days.
  • If a return is requested, the item will be picked up within 4-7 working days, and refunds will be credited to your account within 10-14 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase (online banking, credit card, or debit card).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To claim a refund or replacement, the customer must provide a video of the package being opened accompanied with the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact and send us a return request at connect@pickypomp.com by mentioning the reason for the return. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without any acceptance of return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

What'll you do if it shows up destroyed? Don't worry, our company offers a generous swap or repair coverage in that case. Be sure to submit the evidence and always unbox the product while making a video of it.

(Who knows, it may become a whirlwind arts and crafts video for your social media profiles).


Exceptions / non-returnable items


Certain types of items cannot be returned, like

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants),
  • Custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Cancellations

We keep a window period of 4 for personalized/ custom order while 24 hours for non personalized to process the order which means you have time to rethink and cancel the order if you want.

No cancellation will be accepted after the specified time mentioned above of placing the orders.

 

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
